Default sensitive skin to touch

I have a question, I have a spot on my abdomen- more to the right side that was bugging me. It is sensitive to the touch, kind of a burning sensation but not on the inside, more on the outside- I thought maybe I pulled a muscle or something. Over time it is getting worse and it has become a larger patch on my stomach and it won't go away. Now it is sensitive all of the time. There is no discoloring and no hives or anything that you can see. But it is really bugging me and seems to be getting worse. It is probably a 6" long patch now, it is up and down not accross my stomach. It is hard to describe, but it is getting more and more painful. Has anyone had this before? I am wondering if it is a PCOS thing or not.
