Good day,
I have not been diagnosed yet. Have appt tomorrow with my Endo. to discuss blood tests. I have all the symptoms...

In any case I am posting today because I just got out of the shower and it was even worse than yesterday. The hair I just lost during shampooing and drying it is coming out in clumps!! I am in panic mode. What can I do to slow this down! (It's been this bad for over a month) Is there anything I can do immediately to help?? shampoo? tips? prayer?? I am desperate! Help!!!

Hi Jenny and Welcome to the boards. I started using Nioxin shampoo a couple of months ago and the shedding has almost completely stoped. It is a little pricey, about $22.00 a bottle but you don't need to use much. There are also other shampoos available that can help with shedding. You might also want to try Saw Palmetto it is good for hair loss but may take awhile to see any good results. If you do a search at the bottom of this forum you will find several threads on SP.
