Default Seriously strange AF

Awhile back I posted about having a light period over 3 weeks...well, AF arrived in full force (pun intended!) on March 21st. My last cycle back in January lasted about 2 weeks and it looks like this one is going to follow suit. Aside from those, AF has never stuck around more than 7 days.

Also it's quite heavy, but little to very light cramping which is unusual for me. I've got headaches and have zero energy. Also, I almost always have tenderness and swelling in my chest, but not these last two times.

I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance that I'm not the only one experiencing something like this I was excited when AF showed up, but I'm ready for her to go! Also, when I searched online for similar stories, I found some, but they all had to do with being on Met (which I'm not).

I'm just kind of freaking out right now, especially when a co-worker suggested endo.

You're not. About 1 1/2 yrs ago, I too suddenly began to experience cramping, headaches, bloating and the like just before AF would arrive. This was not the usual for me as I never know when AF is coming. Actually, the funny thing is that now the NORM for me is when I get a headache and start cramping and getting cranky I can actually tell that it's about that time for the visit. Although, my AF has been popping in at random since age 12; it's pretty good to at least have some inkling that AF's about to arrive instead of always having accidents on yourself. lol.

I once became slightly dizzy and nearly lost my balance while walking from one room to another but that was nearly 2yrs ago as well. And it only happened once. As for the periods lasting 2 weeks--well, that's the norm for mines. I'm blessed if I get anything less that 7 days. And two weeks is a Godsend!

What's the most frustrating is the not knowing when AF will leave. I've been very fortunate this year in that my AF has visited every single month this year and somewhere around the same time of the month--by miraculous intervention. And I'm not on any meds whatsoever...

I have had the same problems lately, i was reg and ovualting for 2 years now, so last month my period decided to last two weeks. well, now a few days before my dr appt for a chkup i havent had in 5 years, it has been time for my period to have came and been done with. but no, it won't come. it acts like its trying, sore boobs, bloating, ill as a hornet but no go yet. i even tried taking met for a few days to get it to start and maybe stop by thursdays dr appt, but now i just have bad gas & diarhea sorry tmi but yall know how that met will do ya! i am so angry and dissapointed, I really thought that these last few years of dieting, losing weight exercise and medicines would have helped. But its really like when you think your getting somewhere and doing better, PCOS has to pay you a visit to remind you its in charge! I HATE YOU PCOS GIVE ME MY PERIODS BACK! AAGGHH! HAHAHA

Well, as I expected, AF stuck around for exactly two weeks again. This makes two cycles in a row. I hope this doesn't become the norm!

I feel much better though...hearing from others how their cycles have changed over time. I thought I was just being totally weird with my random AF visits! My last cycles were 10.5 wks apart and I'm hoping for sooner this time...DH and I have really started refocusing on TTC. I'm ready for a dang baby already!!!
