Unhappy Severe Abd pain

in January i was diagnosed with pcos although i have been experiencing symptoms for years. i have had surgery to remove cysts in the past but it seems over the last three months i have been experiencing severe abdominal pain. The pain is so bad that i lay in the fetal position on the floor because nothing else feels better. sometimes i can't go to work because of it. Endometreosis runs in my family aswell as polyps. i see the doctor on monday but i am afraid of what she might say. Do i have a reason to be concerned.

I have been having pretty intense abdomen pain and just found out i have a cyst on my right ovary so i'm thinking that's where the pain is coming from...so perhaps that is ur problem...

Hi

((hugs)), I know how awful this pain can be! In fact I was like it last night.

I'm getting referred to the gynae, so hope to get it sorted soon. Would you be able to see your dr about it?

Hope you feel better soon.
Eva

Hey there!

You are definately not alone with the pain factor!

I have pain constantly from my ovaries, it is always there and is really annoying as it stops me from doing alot of things as it hurts too much. I also have times when it gets really bad and that is when I just stay in bed as I can't move without crying it hurts so bad.

I have had a laparoscopy to see if I had endometriosis but it came up that I didn't, and they don't know why I am in the pain I am in, which is frustrating. All of the Dr's just say that is must be a cyst. I live on painkillers, which kind of puts me in a daze most of the time, not exactly my idea of a good life!

I really hope they can work out why you are in pain, as I hate to see others going through what I go through with the pain.

Good Luck
Mandi
