Default Severe AF pain but not endo??
I've suffered from severe period pain since I got my period when I was 11.

I had a lap recently and no endo was found, which surprised me and the surgeon because of the pain I get. I had ovarian drilling done as my ovaries were covered in cysts and enlarged.

The surgeon said "I'm not really sure what is causing you so much pain" Has anyone else been in this position??

No I haven't and I'm sorry to hear that you are. Is there any other type of testing they could do to figure out what's causing the pain?

No children as of yet but trying....
Metformin 1000mg 2x daily
just added Premarin 1.25mg daily for 20 days, day 21 is a progesterone shot.

hey i have pcos (just diagnosed this month)....and i get really bad pelvic pain the doctor for the longest time told me he had no idea why i had pain cuz i dont have endo or anything else. im just on the pill right now to help with the cysts and enlarged ovaries....let me know if you find anything out!!!
