Hi!

I'm hoping someone has experienced this and can help me relax a little. Approximately a week before my period I get so severely bloated that I look and feel like I am about 6 months pregnant. My breasts get extremely large and tender also. I constantly feel like I just ate a four course meal - you know how you are uncomfortable after doing that? That's how I feel. I also have a lot of gas.

Last night when I laid down to go to sleep I was laying on my left side and right below my breasts where my sternum is located, I felt like a muscle was pulling - no pain, just tightness and discomfort. I pressed on the area and felt a hard flat spot - really weird. Also, when I tried to swallow, my throat made this "clicking" noise - also weird. I turned to lay on my other side and that seemed to ease the discomfort enough (and got rid of the swallowing noise) so that I could go to sleep.

This morning, the hard spot and the discomfort seems to be gone, although I do still have a lot of gas.

Has anyone experienced this? Do you think it could be related to the bloating - maybe the bloating is pushing things out of place or something?

Hi

My stomach gets bloated with my af is due, and my breasts are sooooooooo sore too. I always have gas as I have ibs too

I also get that severe bloating the week before AF- like I have eaten way too much and it is painfully firm. I get very sore boobs and they go up at least a full cup size. I have bras that fit for two weeks of the month while I am not bloated and then ones that I wear for the week of PMS and then the week of AF.

I get this too! I have it today, but I stopped my period a few days ago. It feels like food is stuck there. What is it and what makes it go away? Anyone???
