Hey Cysters, I'm hoping someone can help me.

I was dx'd PCOS July 2003. I was having lower belly pain often and the Repro Endo said I might have Endo but "microscopic"?????

I've noticed the last few months I tend to have a LOT of piercing pains after intercourse ... and often have pain for no explainable reason at other times as well. Like right now, I'm here at work, desk job, and having horrible pains. They seem to NOT be related to my period, as I have them at all phases of my cycles.

I'm on BCP's, Lexapro and Spironolactone.

Please help! I'm trying to get through to my Dr but they're closed today and I need some advice!

sounds a lot like endo to me, i have a lot of pain all the time too. I just had an internal ultrasound yesterday, and if knew how much it would hurt beforehand i probably would have told her to back off. is the pain in a specific location or kinda spread across your lower abdomen? does it come and go or is it mostly continuous? today mine lasted all day long, that ultrasound really aggravated things. i hope you got through to your doctor. good luck

Do you have Endo? What did it take to get dx'd if so?

Sorry about your pain with the internal U/S - I've had several now and they hurt like H*LL. Dor days afterwards I was still feeling twinges.

The pain is dull and aching continually [when I have it] with sharp piercing pains now and then, spread across my lower abdomen, no particular spot.

I got in touch with my Dr first thing this morning and have an appt for tomorrow afternoon. Lord I hope she can help me, I can't stand this much longer.

i was diagnosed 2 years ago with endo and pcos. i finally just got lucky with a good doctor i guess. it only took five years!!! i'm pretty sure that if you describe everything you're experiencing to your doc, she'll be able to help you out.
