Default sharp sharp pains on my right side pelvic and nuasua?

for the past three days I have been getting really upset to my stomach but not throwing up and yesterday I started getting sharp sharp pains on my right side on the pelvic area and it's very sharp and it has only became worse since then, I'm not on my period but I do have endometriosis on my right kidney and right tube that comes down from the right kidney, should I be concerned? Especially since the nausa and sharp pains have gotten worse? I haven't had cramps at all it's just the sharp pain.

Jen,

Sorry you're not feeling so great. Just to be on the safe side, I'd definitely contact a doctor. What you're describing can be symptoms of appendicitis. That's something you need to take care of ASAP.

Good luck. Hope you feel better soon.

I go to see a gastrologist for the first time in a about 8 years tomorrow hope he doesn't do an examination.
