I usually have AF with provera only......and AF is usually always predictable with 4 days ever since I was a kid.......though I started out with AF now its generated by taking provera.

Anyways, I'm concerned because this month, I took the provera as usual and I only had AF for 2 days.

I'm wondering if maybe because I've been taking provera once a month to ttc...up till this month instead of every 3 mos.?

Anyone had similar reactions at times?? Should I worry??

the reason that you only had af for 2 days could be that there's simply not that much lining to shed. i once had light af for 2 days and spotting for 2 days, 4 day af, my shortest af ever. i don't think you should be concerned, but speak to your dr. if that'll ease your mind.

started glucophage xr 12/18/02
taking 1500 mg as of 12/20/02
5/13/03 actos 15 mg & met 500 mg
5/17 increased met to 1000 mg
6/6 increased met to 1500 mg
6/12 increased actos to 30 mg
7/11 reduced actos to 15 mg due to swelling
reduced met to 1000 mg due to severe diarrhea

rx meds: met & actos

9/5/03 i ovulated for the 2nd time in my life. wow!!!
new cycle 9/21
nettle infusion, almond, brewer's yeast, flax seed, standardized black cohosh
