Yep, you should have another test. Sometimes women develop hypothyroidism while pregnant, which could have been the case with you...or, it could be Hashimoto's which has a tendency to go back and forth before it just stays 'bad'. Then again, it could have been a bad test---either one, the one showing hypo or the one showing normal.
Can you get copies of both lab results? You could be hypo (TSH over 3.04) but your doctor is using old ranges and won't treat until TSH is like 5.5 or something. Either way...try to get copies of your labs and if you can, post the levels here.
