Caffeine and PCOS
Does anyone know the effect caffeine has on PCOS and insulin levels? Has anyone cut down or eliminated caffeine from their diets and noticed a difference?
I'm just trying to do everything I can to manage PCOS. I feel like I've cut so many things out of my diet and don't want to give up my diet coke unless there really is a good reason for it!!!

I don't know if it affects PCOS. I can look that up in the books I have. Don't remember particularly reading about it. But I haven't eliminated it from my diet. I have my weekly Starbucks and occasional Diet Cokes. It is not something I consume daily.
