I just dont seem to understand something, and i am really hoping SOMEONE can please help me with some advise.
I thought the Soy (on a regular basis) is bad for a woman with PCOS. But i have read of many girls who are drinking Protein shakes (which is Soy Protein) to help with their weightloss.
Is it really bad for you, or is it just bad if your are ttc???? Please can some one help me with advise, i am low carbing, and i was considering protein shakes for breakfast, but if its bad for me while ttc, i need to know.
