Is it a true boil or more like an infected pore? I have had infected pores on my chest before. If it does not clear up or gets worse, have it checked out.

One of my friends had a couple of boils on her a few years ago, she just ignored them and after a while they went a little nasty so she ended up going to see the dr. Maybe that is what you should do, just to go and get it checked out. You can get antibiotic creams.

Ah, yeah. I currently have a boil close to the armipit and near the breast (must hurt if you wear a bra = / ).

Definitely see a doctor, especiallly in your case. I had a boil due to a blocked sweat gland and it swelled up to the size of an apple (not exaggerating). See a doctor, they might need to lance it out and wear lose clothing. They may prescribe Keflex or some other antiobiotic.

If you do not lance it out, you might have huge breast damage in the future, depending how big or bad it is going to get. The thing is filled with yellow pus and it is a strong smell. Using triseptic soap will help prevent future boil. I almost had a big gap in my skin, good thing they lanced it out on time. It was not pretty.

Here is a recipe to help you heal, it is a pasta sauce:
    2 tomatoes, diced
1-2 cloves garlic, grated / minced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup of chicken broth
    1 tablespoon olive oil

In a pan, add broth and bring to a boil. Add garlic for and heat for 2 minutes. Add onions. Then add tomatoes. When it is simmering and the tomatoes change form, add pinches of salt and pepper and basil. AFter it has cooled down, mix in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

There are many breast boil healer creams available.
Read reviews before buying any thing.
