Pregnyl vs. Ovidrel?

Hallo-
My RE has given me Ovidrel 3 times, and for the next round is switching me to Pregnyl. I was told that Ovidrel is synthetic hcg, and Pregnyl is a natural version. The theory here is that perhaps I will respond better and have a stronger ovulation with the Pregnyl than with Ovidrel.

Has anyone else here tried both? If so, did you notice any difference? (I mean, perhaps a higher p4, or longer luteal phase?) I never had any side effects from Ovidrel---has anyone noticed any from Pregnyl?

Any other thoughts on this are welcome too.

i got 2 trigger shots last cycle.. my doc wanted pregnyl but since it wasnt available we had to make do with synthetic hcg.. i dont think they worked that well for me cause i checked 5 days after the trigger and i got a BFN.. the hcg was out of my system soo quick.. so i think it does make a difference
