Default Beta #'s at 12dpo-What were yours?

    Hi ladies,
I just got a positive beta today. I'm pretty shocked because my RE didn't give me very high hopes for this cycle because my largest follie was only 15mm at trigger. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but its hard not to. I've had 2 miscarriages so I'm trying to be cautious. My beta was 26 at 12dpo which I know is low, but I also know 12dpo is very early. So I'm wondering what your betas were at 12dpo and if 26 is normal?
    Thanks ladies!

I never had betas but congratulations Stacy! I hope it is a sticky one this time....

here are my thoughts... I used FRER which detects a level of 25 hcg. I used one every day from 11 dpo until 15dpo and it was bfn every day until 15dpo which even that day was very faint. So with that comparison (not full proof obviously!) I have to believe at 15dpo I had to have been barely over 25. However later the same day I tested with a CBE digital which came out 'pregnant' which is min level 50. so it definitely goes up fast.

I also found this on webwomb as to avg hcg levels:
    10 DPO: 10 - 50 mIU/ml HcG
    13 DPO: 20 - 100 mIU/ml HcG

you are in the range so for an early bfp you are good.

are you going in for repeat 48 hour betas?

Mine at 15dpo was 79, so it would've been close to that around 12dpo. It could've implanted a day or two later too! Congrats and hoping all goes well for you this pregnancy!

Thanks Ali, yes I'm going back on Wed. and Fri. for betas. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, I want this soooooo bad. I wasn't expecting good news so I about fell over when the nurse called me. She asked me how I was feeling, I was like, "Fine" So then she went on to say, "Are you feeling pregnant, because you are!" I was like, OMG! I feel like I'm in a daze.

Congrats on the BFP. My 12dpIUI beta was 117 I think, I'm pretty sure it's still in my siggy. I have twins, so mine were higher than normal. I don't think there is anything wrong with a 26...seems to be in normal range to me.

Congratulations, Stacy! I think your # sounds fine & it's the doubling that really matters. My beta at 13 dpo was 33 for this pregnancy, so I'd say yours is great! Good luck!
