Good P4 levels and E2 levels 7dpo that have resulted in BFP
My re called today and said my E2 was 4622, and my P4 was 43,(showing i ovulated well)This was without taking progesterone. He said that i didnt need to take any because it was so high. . I was wondering what have some women gotten that resulted in a BFP

I cant remember what mine was when i finally found out i was pregnant which i was 7 weeks along it was also ectopic my p4 was only i think between 12-20 which all this could be good and still not get a bfp the e2 level is real high though that means a real good ovulation and possible multiple eggs my dr says with the e2 level they like to see 100 or above per each follice or egg that ovulated so you have a real good chance..fingers crossed for you lots of baby dust your way!!!Me25 DH27-Hidden Content Oct.20,2007TTC May 08-Diag. pcos June 08Hsg Oct.08-all clear!-Met.1500mg7mths clomid50mg-150mg-Bfn1st femara 2.5mg-no O2nd femara 5mg-BFP!/ectopic3rd femara 2.5mg +trigger-Bfn-4th femara 2.5mg-Bfn5th femara 5mg-Od BFP!!11/23/09-It's a BOY!! Hey there. I don't know what an E2 is (sorry), but I do have some experience with p4's. The very first time I took Clomid, my p4 was 55.1. I was NOT pregnant, but it was a strong O. The second time, my p4 was 32, and I WAS pregnant - had a baby 9 months later. This time around, I did 1 cycle of Clomid, and my p4 was 38.8, resulting in a pregnancy. I think that the p4 is a great indication of strong O, but not sure if it truly can indicate a pregnancy. Good luck!
