Belly button expanding?
I know this is going to sound extremely self-absorbed, but now that I have a clearly visible belly, I am noticing that my belly button has expanded and is now the width of a quarter! It is the only thing I notice when I wear tight shirts - that I have this huge "hole" that creates a wierd divot in my shirt.
I know it will eventually pop out as I get bigger, but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this, and if it is normal? It is the only thing making me self conscious about my big belly, which still just looks like a chubby belly. I never had a small stomach anyway (I'm about 190) but having this hugely-wide belly button is making me a little paranoid for totally selfish reasons!

lol! I was just asking my dh last night if he thought my belly button was getting longer! I don't think that makes you self absorbed, I know that I am paying way more attention to changes in my body since getting prego. But yeah, I've got the nice divet under some of my tighter shirts, its so lovely looking.

Mine is like yours, too. It never did pop out with my first pregnancy. I'm not sure if it will this one either (hasn't so far). I know of other women who had belly buttons like ours, too. So, I'm sure it is completely normal. Maybe we just had extreme innies before our pregnancies.Me - 32, DH - 32

I had my gallbladder removed after I had DS probably about a year ago now. They go through your belly button for the laparoscopic surgery and mine is so different't now, its really really wide, and almost flush. I never even came close to having my belly button pop out with DS so it has so be because of the surgery.
