    Smile Yoga and PCOS

    Hello all,

I am one of you suffering from PCOS. Today i want to share one important thing with you all.
I am from india. In ancient india people were using Ayuervedic medicines and yoga to cure any diesease.
Me and my hubby are on TTC #1 since Jan 2008 we were on clomid and femara. From last 5 months we planned to take TTC break. In this 5 months i came through one documentry on you tube which is helpful in infertility cases by 'Ramdev baba'.
I have heard and seen before that yoga and ayerveda cured many serious problems like cancer, heart dieases and many more.

So i decided to try yoga. I use to do it every morning for 90 mins.
i am doing it from last 5 months and last week doc told me that i am pregnant. we both are very happy with this and finally god answered our prayers..

I thought i should share this with you all as we all are in same boat.
i want to share that you tube link with you all. I am not saying that you stop your treatments but with that you can do this special infertility yoga.
which will help to concieve our dreams earlier...

    I got this DVD:

But have only done it once or twice. Maybe I'll start doing it daily... I was just thinking I needed to start doing something to improve my flexibility again.
