Just wanted to see if any of you have gained weight while using maca? I love the stuff, it has improved my cycle - however I have gained about 5lbs in the last 3 months, nothing else has changed with my habits. To the contrary I have been exercising more.
I've just read online that maca can make you gain weight and add muscle, body builders use it for increased muscle.
Any advice? I really have all the curves I need without the help of maca - so I don't need to pack more pounds or curves.
Do you stop gaining weight after a while? Or will this weight gain continue?
