The s/e really are not that bad. I did about 20 rounds of clomid and always took mine before I went to bed. I think you will be fine taking it whenever you want. I always took mine just to avoid any s/e in case I ever have any. I know a lot of people say the s/e are bad but I think the worst of them really are the witchy-ness. I always take ALL my medicines at bedtime minus thyroid one.
i always took mine earlier in the day. my big "s/e" was the insane hot flashes and they happened no matter what time i took the meds. good luck!!

I switched from morning to night this cycle and it was so much better.pretty sure I slept through the s/e beauae I've felt great all cycle.good luck to you.

February-march laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Tubes were blocked but dr cleared them up for me.
April 5mg femera. P4-52.5. Bfp at 11dpo!!! Beta 13dpo-57. Beta 16dpo- 399. Subchorionic bleed at 7 weeks-ongoing.
IT"S TWINS!!! A boy and a Girl and both doing very well still at 32 weeks!
My hubby works 3rd shift so I operate on his schedule. I took it about 2 hours before I went to bed.(around noon) I slept right through the hot flashes. (Although I did have to shower as soon as I woke up because I was sweaty lol)

I took mine mid-morning this cycle. The side effects weren't too bad, but for some reason I always got sleepy about an hour after taking it. Fortunately I took it over the weekend so I was able to nap. If I do another cycle I'm switching to btaking it before bed, since apparently I'll get tired anyway!

Thanks ladies, I took my third dose tonight and the only side effects I am experiencing is feeling flushed/hot. I know everyones cycle is different but what cycle day should you start BDing after clomid?
I started about bding 3 days after lol

I take it at night because that's the only time I can remember to take any pills. After AF is done we usually start having sex CD 9 or 10 every 2 days.
Women take it in the morning too. I don't think it matters.
I never have side effects on Clomid. Hot flashes are normal though.
