Oil Cleansing Method
Hey anyone here try to the oil cleansing method (OCM)? I have heard mixed results, just wondering if people with PCOS had any luck with it. Does sound very person dependent, and also dependent on the ratios of oils you use. Here are few link:

I ordered a pre-mix sample from Etsy, because it is cheaper than buying all the supplies. I only think I will do a couple times a week.
I love LUSH products, but they get kinda expensive, which is why I am looking for some other natural alternatives. Let me know what you all think!

Yup and it gave me cysts while I was on flutamide and totally clear. Avoid.

my problem wasn't with the oil...it was having to use hot water, which dried the crap out of my skin. i use a really gentle, natural creamy cleanser (oil would probably work, too) and use tissue to remove my makeup--like a cold cream. other than that, i don't "wash" my face. everything dries it out too badly & it's really not necessary. if you don't have any makeup on, a rinse with tepid water is all you need.

I tried it too. I usually only had congested pores and little bumps - but allover. When doing OCM I got cystic acne and those painfully inflamed lumps underneath my skin. Big fail for me!
