I am like you in the sense that I have MAJOR side effects taking met that really gets in the way of my taking it well. When I got preg with DD#2 I had slowly worked my way up to a full does by taking literally 1/4 of a 500mg tab once a day and just bumping up slowly. I believe the met does work wonders but I agree with what the other girls are saying that it will not necessarily make everything perfect in terms of cycles. The other point to remember is even if you are or aren't trying, met offers tons of other benefits for cysters related to diabetes, cardiac, and cancer risks so as my OB put it --I will beon met for the rest of my life...irrelevant of when TTC too. I think you are doing a great thing and I need to take more of your attitude and just put up with it...I just need to stock up on immodium or take a few weeks off work first! LOL
