Something I found interesting was "high heat cooking." I basically cook all my meals at nuclear heat...I don't know why it brings me such pleasure to have such high heat...maybe because I am impatient? It's nothing super revelatory, but it is a good list of what to avoid and how to make our bodies work for us.
