hey ladies just a question im really confused. I keep having AF on time every month and im not on BCP and im sexually active. But how can I have AF if I have pcos and cant ovulate? anyone can explain this to me? thanks

Who has said you are not ovulating? Its possible to have AF and not O but its ususally after a really long cycle, not every month.

Anovulation isn't a guarantee with PCOS - many cysters ovulate regularly with no issue. If you're running on time each month, it's very likely that you're ovulating. As Stormy77 says, you can get bleeding without ovulation but it's usually erratic.
