I have started taking 1tbs amla (Indian gooseberry) juice + 1tbs aloe vera juice in a glass full of warm water in the morning and evening in empty stomach. Yoga guru Swami Ramdev says taking this juice heals you of all ailments. It has definitely helped me with constipation that started with a full blown PCOS. It has helped many (non-PCOSers though) with hairloss as well. I m waiting to see my results
Also, aloe vera juice is good for balancing hormones. But it shouldn't be taken during pregnancy
Amla is rich in vitamin C and is good for immunity
Removing processed sugar and flour always works very well for me, makes me feel great, lose weight, and alleviates many symptoms.![]()

Pilates. It was hard at first due to my size, but it got easier the more I did it. It does wonders for my mood, insomnia and general aches and pains. And I love how much better I look in the mirror. Even if I'm not losing weight according to the scale, I jiggle less and things fit better so it still makes me happy.
