Hyponidd and Insulin Resistence

Are all the cyster who found hyponidd beneficial Insulin resistent? As the medicine is useful for IR, I wanna know if non-Ir cysters can get benefited. Also what is ur dosage?
I hav tried to contact Dr. Rajesh Nair by mail but I havn received his review on my case. And it has been quite a long time. Can I try it on my own? Please advise

Are you IR? You need to take a glucose tolerance test (GTT) to determine if you are IR or not..If you are lookin to treat IR then cinnamon is also a great alternative.

From my GTT, my endo said I am nt IR. I am lean n my blood sugar is most often on the lower end. Please advise if insulin sensitizers wud be helpful to alleviate my symptoms
