I just dont think my cm is where it needs to be around O. I dont go up there searching for.it.but i havent seen ewcm in forever! (I O on my own) ive tried lots of water and mucinex. No noticible changes. I wish there was an at home test or something to know for sure! Any other suggestions??? (Besides preseed during intercourse, we do use it sometimes)
I've used Evening Primrose oil. I start taking it before O and it really has helped me produce CM!

I've always felt this was my big problem too. My RE says CM isn't really important. My acupuncturist says that it is. I have told my RE that all the cycles I have done home monitoring with temps and OPK, they have always gone positive. So, what's wrong? I still think it has to do with CM. Anyways, my acupuncturist recommended that I change my diet. Recently, I have up dairy, grains, and legumes. I also take evening primrose. And, like you, I've tried mucinex too. This month, we are trying on our own. The OPK went positive and it seems my CM is what it should be this month. So, I really think it is my diet. Here's to hoping.
When/how much primerose do you take?
I took 1 pill after AF is done until I confirmed O with temping. I think you can take up to 2. Not sure though.

People also take guaifenesin, aka, Mucinex. (non decongestant)

You can take up to 3000 mg of evening primrose. That's the dose I take and I am just now getting to my fertile period and it's really helping! I also have been making sure to drink enough water.
I also tried Mucinex and it did nothing for me!
