    Question Symptoms Around 5 Weeks

I know I'm probably being really paranoid but since I've never been pregnant before I'm kind of nervous. For the past two weeks I was really bloated. Unable to button my jeans, very uncomfortable then I noticed I had sore breasts which precedes AF. I randomly did a test since I had an extra and I had a positive HPT on Tuesday. I've been experiencing mild cramping off and on since then but today I'm not noticing any. I'm still tired though. Is this happening for anyone else? I know every pregnancy is different and I'm supposed to relax but it is just so hard to do!

The bloating is totally normal, and can last for weeks. I looked so much further along than I was at 13 weeks. I also had mild cramping the day I got my bfp and for about a week after. Don't worry until there's something to worry about. Try to relax and enjoy the ride!

Thanks for the response, I was wondering about feeling nothing since yesterday except sore breasts. My bloating is gone. I just a bit worried.

I wouldnt worry, you have plenty of time to get your symptoms. At 5wks cramping and sore breasts are about the only ones you will have. The rest will come. You may start feeling some nausea around 7wks. The tiredness gets worse too as you get farther along. The bloating will come back, I looked HUGE for a while, none of my clothes fit me. I wouldnt worry unless you have double over cramping and heavy red bleeding. I remember between 4-7wks having horrible cramping, like AF was going to start and be the worst one ever. So AF type cramping is normal. Congrats and H&H 9 months!!

With DD and DS I had nothing the entire pregnancy. With this one I've had MS, cramping, and sore breasts from 8dpo, until 10w, still have nausea though. Try drinking a little more water if you're cramping it might help. If you're not feeling any symptoms at this point, I don't think that's indicates anything. Try to enjoy your pregnancy as much as possible, and congrats!

early pregnancy is hard lol, it feels just like AF (cept i couldn't stay awake when in bed at night) and some days you won't feel anything at all and have to keep reminding yourself you're pregnant. this is my third one and i still took every preg test i had on hand for the first few weeks to make sure i was even def preg lol. try not to stress

I'm in your boat at 5 weeks and similar symptoms.....somedays a ton of symptoms and somedays hardly any at all. They just come and go whenever they please. I'm trying to stay calm as well but it's hard. I worry when I'm having cramps and worried when I'm not, LOL! Must be normal to worry so much these first weeks. I guess we just have to have faith that everything is going fine Good luck to you and H&H9 months! Congrats!!
