I'm going to rejoin today. I was in from June-October last year before my BFP. I'm almost 6 weeks pp now, so I figure it's time to get back in the game. I lost almost 30 lbs before getting pregnant, and I think I'm back right around my pre-baby weight. I had hit my 10% just before I left, too. Would love to have some more buddies as I jump back in. Although I don't have a lot of time to eat now with a newborn. How am I going to have time to track, too? I am looking forward to the extra pints for BFing moms, though

Melissa- do you have a smart phone or an iPod touch? Makes it much easier to track, even if you only have one hand to do it with.

I do have the iPhone and was using the app when I was doing it before. I love the app, but we've hit a growth spurt so it feels like then only thing I do is feed and track that and diapers...

I'm in! I've been on WW little more than a year and so far lost 32 lbs. It has been slow going, but I'm not letting the slow pace beat me (this time!). I have been struggling up and down with the same 4 lbs for the last 5 months. Have appt with a new dr tomorrow to discuss treatment options b/c prior dr's prescription was "lose weight and everything will be fine". I have a long way to go to reach my goal (120lbs more), but taking it 1 day at a time.

We are all strong women and can beat the PCOS related weightloss.

Hey Katie, thanks for the inspirational words, we all need a boost sometimes. I know how slow things can go as well. I joined WW with my mom who can drop pounds like it is nobody's business! We would go to the meetings and she would drop 5 lbs and I would hopefully be a half a pound down. It got so annoying so I decided just to do it by myself at home online.

Oh yes...I have 2 co-workers who recently started WW and have lost more than I have in less than 6 months. My husband lost his last "stubborn" 15 lbs in the first month I started...it can be frustrating, then again he is my biggest supporter! :-)

A friend of mine has been doing this with me and got stuck just under her first 10 lbs for weeks. She just hit it, and the leader asked what was different. She said "I didn't quit, this time!" Makes the hugest difference.
I've been emotional eating after the chemical pregnancy this week, but haven't let myself stop tracking. I told myself months ago "as long as I'm still tracking, I'm still on plan" I'm currently 40 points over for the week, with today and tomorrow to go. Luckily with my daily weigh-ins I'm still not any higher than I was 1-2 weeks ago. So maybe the weight loss gods are giving me a break for this rough week so I can really get back on the horse ASAP.
    Weigh in Saturday.

Gretchen, you're absolutely still on plan!! Well, it sounds like you've got 9 weekly points left. That's good. Can you go walking or something to earn some exercise points if you need them? I think it's great that you recognize the emotional eating for what it is. That's a big part of it for me. I definitely have the tendency to do that. I think some of what I did eat yesterday was emotional. DH has been in love with the baby, but not very helpful or attentive to things I need lately. I mean like time for a shower or help with the household chores. I can usually get those things, but sometimes begrudgingly. It's not how I thought he'd be and it's just making me feel very lonely

My tracking is going okay, but the hard part for me is what I thought it would be: actually having time to eat, or to eat healthy when I do. Got my 8 waters in yesterday and 2 milks, no oils or exercise, and the only veggies I got were in the form of zucchini pie...which I didn't even have time to calculate the points on.

As a side note, I'm posting a link to a great website. They have listed far more restaurants that WW has listed in any of their resources. The site has the old system and points plus values listed. It's super fantastic. I have bookmarked it on my iPhone and computer for quick access.

Gretchen, we all have emotional eatting days and I agree it's great that you recognize it. Tracking is the key...whether you are over, under, or right on target.

Melissa thanks for the share...that's a great website & resource!!! I hope your DH comes around very soon to provide you the emotional support!

I struggle with the tracking part...but since I put the app on my phone it is so much easier!! Now...no excuses to not tracking. :-) My WI day is Saturday as well. Hopefully this week will be a loss (I stopped checking at home...I was driving myself mad!).

Gretchen-We all have weeks like that. It is just life. Good job for pushing on!

Actually, all my weeklies were used by Sunday, and I've gone 40 more points over since then. Today is a better day though.

Thursday weigh-in results: -4.6! woot! Although, I know that the first week usually results a big loss. I'll be lucky if I can sustain 1lb loss/week.

Today was a super stressful day and I had a dirty burger and fries ugh.... emotional eating at it's best (or worst!)
