It's so hard to wait for the appointment, Angela!
I do IUI each time even though my husband's SA is coming back great after the recovery period from the fever. I figure the same as Dara, if I'm going to do it, then let's go all in, so to speak. I also like it because it takes the pressure off intercourse wise. We can just relax and not have all the pressure around the timing...
Dara, they got back to me after I sent an email.
I guess they are just going to do Femara, then on CD8 I will do the Gonadotropin. I remember she was saying ont eh phone "on the sixth day, well, not the sixth, but after the five days" meaning after the five of Femara.
I'm grateful because I know it is expensive and I will be paying the $145 for a week of Progesterone. I have a week's worth of samples, so that is a nice cushion.

Angela - I was in the same boat as Dara...DH has super spermies but after several failed TI cycles I thought, why not try an IUI?! I know they say there is only a 1-2% increase but I truly think its better than that...I've seen too many IUI bfp's on here

Angela- Lol, no but he did pee in our closet sleep walking one night. My friend's little boy pulls his pants down and pees on animals all the time. He's a riot, but I would absolutely die if he did that in my home!

Mary Elizabeth I have to wait until April 1-7. It's funny how both dh and i are out of school and yet we are still tied to a school schedule (DH is the JV soccer coach) oh well. We are going to Florida though to see his parents, I guess my father in law isn't doing too well.

Kelly that is awful but also hilarious. DH sleep talks to me but hasn't ever peed on anything.

Tara and Mel I will definitely consider doing an IUI. It's beaucoup costwise but may be what we need.

I also wanted to add that I just had a super sweet woman on here offered to give me her leftover follistim. I am overjoyed because I was praying that God would show me what to do since with timing and money things just working right. God answered my prayers by sending me this wonderful woman and opportunity she is giving me. I cannot express how blessed and excited I feel.

I'm waiting for AF. When I had my last RE appt I was given provera and decided not to take it because I get AF every month and I did not want to put more "stuff" into my body than I already do. Well now I'm wishing I had taken it. I still don't have AF yet. I haven't decided if I should start it now or give it a little longer. My cycles are about 35 days. And it's been about that maybe a few more days.

Angela~ where are you finding these ladies who are so wonderful? I wil be taking Menopur. (sp?) clomid cd3-7 and then injects after
seeing how big my follies grew on the clomid.

Thank you ladies. I have struggled so much this last year about when to take a break or give up and the fact that God is truly making a way for me to move forward just increases my faith that God wants us to have children.

OAN AF is vicious right now, these natural periods are so much worse than bcp periods. So now I just have to wait to start everything. It's a bit scary knowing that soon I will be giving myself nightly injections.

The injections really aren't that bad...I had DH do the first one, then I was forced to do them on my own after that b/c I was traveling for work...by the end I could do them half asleep! Hope they aren't too bad for you

I'm not too scared of needles. Part of me is worried about soreness of the inject site-my HCG shot last cycle made me sore for days. I think I'm more nervous about the fact that I'm moving forward, it's a big step and big commitment. I think I just a minute to wrap my head around it all.
