    Default any special diets?

    is there any special diets i can do for pcos and hypothyroidism ? i have been doing the portion size diet but finding it so hard to keep on track.. also any free websites for at home workout? i live in a very small town and all the gyms here want an arm and leg to join. thank you!

    look into low gi or paleo, i've found the combo of these two the best for me.
    First symptoms in '99 (age 13), dx in '05. Diane35 2 yrs & Met500 mg 1/2 yr. No AF from '08. Full-house syndrome. May '13: Vit D + Met 1000 mg. June '13: Duphaston. Mid-June: AF is here! Goals: manage PCOS & its symptoms with organic & whole low-gi eating, daily exercise & nat. remedies. My blog

    I second the suggestion of a Low Glycemic Index diet! A quick Goggle search will bring up tons of resources, and I also purchased a couple of books from Amazon that helped give menu planning ideas and substitution suggestions.

    I would go low GI and a diet like Paleo or Weight Watchers that emphasizes balanced nutrition, healthy food choices, and, if you have a lot of weight to lose, portion control.

    Low GI diet works! Weight watcher not so much because your supposed to stay away from carbs and it didn't work for me at all:/
