So, I think I am going to try switching back to my daily protein shakes for breakfast. I'm supposed to be on a high protein, low GI diet and I need to start putting more effort into it. I use to use whey protein, but after doing a bit of googling I discovered Casein protein. From the sounds of things, it may be my best choice....its supposed to stay in the stomach for longer and slowly release the protein throughout the day, instead of all at once.

Has anyone had any problems with the Casein protein?
