Support Buddy in Oz

Hi there, I'm new to the site and was wondering if there is anyone out there from Australia, who would like to be support buddies in this long journey to better health and well being. Its a great challenge to overcome the effects of PCOS and I would like to be able to talk to and listen to someone in the same predicament as me. I find its hard to talk about it to others who don't know about and understand PCOS.

I'm interested in hearing from anyone. So please don't hesitate to contact me.

HI there. It might help you to go to http://www.pcosupport.org That's the *official* PCOS site. They have support groups in different places. Most of them are in the US, but they have some in other countries as well. You might be surprised to find a chapter near you. If not, they might be able to direct you to some other local resource.
