I don't know how to explain it, but some mornings it feels like my intestines, or stomach or something is stretched right out. It really hurts, and sometimes it's hard to move. This has been happening since I was like 10, and I used to think it was from eating too much junk food before bed. But yesturday was a perfect low carb day, and I didn't eat anything late.
I'm starting to wonder if everything in there is in the right place or something, it's really painfull, and only first thing in the monring, and lasts about 45 mins.
Any ideas or experiences would be really helpfull,
