    Talking Pretty accurate~

it pegged me as mormon 100%!

I think I know why some of you ladies who have "very different" beliefs than we mormons got LDS as your top answer:

There was one question in which we were asked to distinguish between Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit as either ONE BEING or THREE BEINGS. To the best of my understanding, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is either the ONLY christian faith that believes they are three different people, or one of very few.

I'm pretty sure that because of the Nicene Creed (Written during the 4th century AD in an attempt to unify the Christian church under emperor Constantine) Catholics and all protestant faiths believe that they are only one being (three-in-one, holy trinity).

Also, the question about the fall of man- if you did not pick that the fall of Adam & Eve was the cause of suffering, but rather that our own free will results in poor choices, and then suffering, that could bring you closer to mormon.

The quiz was a lot of fun! It got DH right as well (Mormon). There was, however, a big difference in what was listed for both of us as #2 and lower- his other options were more conservative christian faiths, and mine were pretty diverse... I think it was pretty accurate!

I don't even know what No 1 is, but don't like the sound of it! Quakers are christians so that is so wrong for me, it's unbelievable! (You're a quaker just because you don't believe in war?!?) Shows how simplistic and daft these things are!

I'm a practicing pagan (druidry), have been for a long time. Neo-pagan and new age seem a long way down on the list! I could never believe in any of the *big* monotheistic religions and I guess my views are extremely left wing/liberal on absolutely everything, so it's a bit horrifying that the God-O-Matic thinks I'm not!

I think this is interesting since I'm at a point where I'm trying to figure out what I really believe, but I can see pieces of each of the top 6 in my beliefs. I was raised conservative Christian (Baptist actually) and decided a few years ago that I didn't agree with a lot of things the church said. Their concept of God just didn't match my concept of God. So now I'm trying to find my path, I guess.

Also, for those who are wondering what Unitarian Universalism is, here is a webpage that might help: http://www.uua.org/aboutuu/ . From what I understand of it, UU is a very open religious tradition that is rooted in Christianity (but no longer connected to the Christian religion) that encourages people of diverse faiths to worship together. They seem very focused on tolerance and finding truth within all beliefs.

I fall into one of the top three. I consider myself more liberal than conservative, but I won't argue! I guess I'm liberal for Baptist, but conservative for other protestant denominations. The wording on some of the questions could have been more clear.

Now, that's pretty accurate! I see myself as a Pagan learning about different Pagan Paths as well as other Religious ones too! I like that I got Buddhism as my second! I have always been interested in that faith! Even DH wants to look into it!

This coming from a girl that was baptised in the Lutheran Church (and still go there from time to time in honor of my family heritage) and having Anglican/Church of England ancestery on my Maternal side and having a few other mixes in the family.
