Ayurvedic medicine (links) +PCOS

Has anyone tried this route? I was just typing in "ayurvedic" to find out the exact meaning on google.com and then decided to type in +PCOS and a lot of interesting things came up. Here's 3 links:

I find Ayervedic medicine quite interesting. I've read quite a few books on the subject (mainly through Deepak Chopra) and I follow a lot of their principles in my daily life. I found the food to be a bit tricky though - bit confusing to follow too strictly (though if I had a chef it'd be okay). I find a lot of their suggestions very relaxing and centreing and feel it helps quite a bit. Thanks for the links - I'll go and look at them now.
