This is driving me crazy

I really feel at my ropes end and I haven't even started.

I don't know WHERE to begin & can't even seem to get any answers from anyone.

Talk about crazy. Our first adoption was a breeze, I can tell this is going to be very hard for us.

We had discussed doing Foster to adopt but then we have talked about doing International adoption & thought that Korean adoption was right for us because we wouldn't have to travel to their country. Does anyone else know if there is a country besides Korea you don't have to travel to?

Also does anyone know if a country like this you can choose the sex you want to adopt. We really want a girl.

Hey Lisa !

Sorry you are feeling this way, it is very hard to make the decision when it comes to International Adoption. As far as I know Korea is the only Country that will escort and I have this feeling thats about to change as well ( at least in Ontario ). You can always request the sex its just a matter of whether or not thats what you get

Other then the fabulous China program there arent alot that are short and quick and painless. (Korea is but also check out their restrictions in parents) especially where girls are concerned.

I'm pretty sure that Guatemala allows escorts, but if you do have to go it's only for 3-4 days. They had some problems with the program last year, but I think they're back to normal now.

I have no advice to offer up. Just wanted to give hugs and say I'm excitied to see you starting up the adoption process again. Desi is gonna be a big sister soon! BTW, How are things going? have you posted any recent pics of her? I loved seeing them.

Guatemala does allow escorting, and I think India does too if I remember right. I know there is at least one more other than Korea and Guatemala, but I can't remember which one it is for sure.

Guatemala's program seems to be back to normal now, from what I've heard from agencies I've checked with.
