Bad Acne... what to do??

Hi everyone,

I've been having bad acne on my face, neck,shoulder and back. it's driving me nutz!! at my age people are usualy done dealing with this! i've been buying clean and clear it has helped but UGH. I do the biore strips for the black heads but it dosn't help. Anyone have any ideas!?

Have you tried Spironolactin? It helps many women.

This may sound unusual but try checking your diet! Acne can be caused by sensitivies and food allergies.for the black heads,try a good clay mask/and or
facial scrub like St IVES,Apricot.

I agree!! Have you tried using tea tree oil?? I use it when it seems like I am having a bad break out....

Thanks everyone!!! i'll give it a go.. My diet is really good.. i've been doing the G.I diet and i'm eating really well..
