    Question book any good?

Have you had a look at the book yet? I only recentally got diagnosed (like a matter of weeks!) and went and bought her first 2 books, I didn't know she had another coming out. Does it give any more advice than the first 2, particularly with regards to stuff to eat. There was only a small section on recipes, menu ideas etc. I just wondered if this new one had more.

    Thanks for the tip off!

    Hello

Yes, I like the new book. Perhaps it's one you already have? The Nutritional Approach to Dealing with pcos. I think that's probably the one you mean.

I don't think I have it. The 2 books I have are The PCOS Diet Book and one just on PCOS which was her first one. I meant to have a look in town on Saturday but by the time I remembered I was knackered and just wanted to go home! I just wondered what new stuff it had in it or if it was just an update on old information. Maybe I should see if it's available on the web.

    Hello

    Yes of course

A Womans Guide to Dealing With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. By Colette Harris with Dr Adam Carey. isbn 0-7225-3975-4

Then the new book is The Nutritional Approach to Dealing with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. By Colette Harris, Theresa Francis-Cheung. isbn 0-00-713184-4

I got both of mine in Waterstones bookshop, but I don't know if you have that store there.

    Hi Lisa,
I went to the Waterstones here a couple of times but ended up ordering them off Amazon on the net. They were doing a deal on buying both titles together. It was about a month ago though so don't know if that is still the case. Probably ended up paying more just for the postage like... but then there was that nice feeling of a parcel arriving at your door!!

    Hello

Yes, I love both the books. The 2nd one - has really helped me change my attitude. I've even bought the steamer, and juicer. And I now buy the health shop deodorant.
