Well, go to a website that offers tickers. I tend to use www.tickerfactory.com or www.tickercentral.com . There are others sites that have them. When you make your ticker on one of these sites, it will give you a code. I never can remember which code will work in the siggy here. In the user cp, go to edit signature. Put the code in the space provided and preview to see if it looks the way you wish. I hope this helps.

    Thanks so much you guys!
Diet and exercise! I was down to 160 but I gained 15lbs during my pg
I'm back on my diet and walking 45mins. 6 days a week.
I want to get pg. again so bad! I hope more weight loss will make it easier. It took a year and a half to lose 55lbs.

I started with Weight Watchers. I did the points plan. I lost 45lbs following WW's. I now just follow the rules of WW. I watch my portions I eat healthy!

Fruits & Veggies, Lean Meats (grilled/baked). NO junk food! If I'm dying for something sweet I usually go for NO Pudge Ice Cream, Or any of the WW 2-3 point desserts.
It's really hard for me and I struggle daily! But I will do whatever it takes to increase my chances of another pregnancy!
I also walk 45mins. for 6 days a week! I have to MAKE MYSELF do it somedays. But I feel so much better afterwards!
I think I carry the last 35lbs. in my belly! (I hate my big belly!)

Wow! Congrats again! You're really working hard sounds like. I did WW once a few years ago but I just fall off the bandwagon if I have to journal or count points... Basically I have no motivation. Its awesome that you're keeping it up! WTG CYSTA!
