    Unhappy help

    this is embassing, and i hate having to ask, but all i can seem to do is cry

    so

    anyway i know we dont talk about touching ourselves and stuff, or dont seem to, but my question is becuase i have no one to ask, no friends

    anyway inside me, it feels like theres two parts, inside my.... u know

    i dont know its normal, or what i am

    mom talked me into trying a tampon today, im 21, but reealy shy, and i couldn't do it, it hurt, and i dont know whats wrong wtih me

    If you are still a virgin, it could be your hymen you are feeling. When you first start using tampons, it can take practice to get them in place correctly. Make sure you are going in at a bit of an angle with the top of the tampon angled toward your back. I know at first I tried to use them going straight up, which was uncomfortable. Once you get used to tampons, you won''t even feel it.
