Default My Dad's Struggle is Over.. He died Last Night

I just wanted to say that my Dad is in heaven now, He died last night. He went so peacefully and I told him that we were not leaving his side we were going to be there and he knew that. We all stayed until his last breath. His wish was not to die at the Hospital and the nurses said that he might not make it to be transported to the Hospice Home but he wanted to go there because he knew that it was like home, we chose to try to get him there and he made it there and he died the next day, they were so good to him. He was not afraid to die and told us that at the hospital when he knew he had no chance at getting the Liver and Kidney transplants that he needed. He said that it was God's Plan and he was not scared to die and that it was ok. He went so peacefully. I am soo glad that God created such a wonderful human being and a wonderful dad. I am ok with it because I know that he was ok with it and he is watching over all of us now. He might not be here physically but he is here with us. It has been a hard struggle for him and the fight is over now. I would like to say I appreciate all of you ladies that been praying and keeping us in your thougths, how wonderful you all have been and I am glad that you have been there for me through this diffucult time, it means alot. I just wanted to say "Thanks Alot" and God Bless you all!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. I'm glad that he had such inner peace and was able to spend his last moments in a comfortable setting. I'm glad your family decided to take the risk of transporting him to the hospice. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm thankful God was faithful and your daddy was able to be at rest in a homey atmosphere with his family with the peace of God. I pray that God continues to walk with you and hold you and your family through this process. That he gives you peace, strength, and that you know that your daddy's spirit lives with and in Your Heavenly Fathers spirit. Don't lose sight ((Hugging you and holding you from afar)) ~Rebekah~

    Wendy,

I am so sorry for your loss. I'm glad your dad was able to choose some of the things during his last moments. I lost my dad last year, and still cry almost everyday. You hang in there, and we can heal together.
