Why can't I click on Ribbons & Gifts

When I click on Ribbons & Gifts the current page I am viewing just scrolls down a little bit. I know some board functions are turned off while Kat/Admin is debugging the new system and was wondering if this was one of them. Sorry if this has been asked and answered before.

Hmmm it is working fine for me. When you click on Ribbons and Gifts... does the drop menu even show up at all?

Gina, I can't get the drop down menu. It's still just scrolling down when I click Ribbons & Gifts.

It's working fine for me, too.

Is the little arrow visible for you?

Nope, no arrow either. When I move over the Ribbons & Gifts text it becomes underlined, and the hand with the pointing finger comes up.

Do the other links at the top work for you??

In addition to Ribbons & Gifts, none of the links in the 3rd row or Quick Links work (same thing happens).
