    carrie,

no one can really say what dose will work for each person. just
as some ppl will O on the lowest dose of clomid(50mg) and some may need a higher dose and some don't O at all even on the highest dose. cherylc mentioned that you need to take height/weigh into consideration when taking spi. she and lsgmsu1 are both thin cysters and have used 20 mg with good results. you can use that to gage whether you need more or not. i also read that a cyster use the full dose(she didn't mention how many mg and i suppose each brand is different) of the powder and O for the 1st time in 4 yrs. you need to decide how many mg to take and see if that'll work for you. if it doesn't, you can always adjust the dose on the next try.

i have taken clomid but never O'ed, so i don't know if this will work for me(as it works like clomid). but, i will give it a try. i won't play around with the dosage, i'll just use the full 60 mg when af arrives since i was clomid resistant.

    good luck,
    pt

Ok...I have another question...I started taking Lecithin about a week ago, and in the ingrediants is says it has 1200mg of high choline lecithin and 420 mg of phosphatidyl choline and then says in parenthesis...(as Soy Lecithin)...does this mean I've been taking soy isoflavones without knowing it, or is this something different?!?!

    carrie,

soy lecithin is derived from soy fat and i believe soy isoflavones are part of soy protein. unless the product states that it contains soy isoflavones, i doubt it does.
