    Default Gluten free recipes??

I'm a coeliac and I was wondering does anyone have any good gluten-free recipes they want to share?

I don't know about Gluten Free recipes, but I just got back from the grocery store where I bought some gluten-free 'soy' pasta. The only ingredietn is "soybeans'"

I can't tell you what it tastes like, since I decided to have sushi for dinner

The website on the box is www.nutrikitchen.com
The pasta looks like angel hair pasta...
Hey, SoulCysters! Need to eat more veggies, but can't find recipes??

Thanks Kat I've never seen soy pasta before, although i have tried gluten free pasta (yum). Funnily enough I've never actually looked at the ingredients on it before - which is bizarre seeing as I'm usually obsessive-compulsive at looking at labels!

I'm a celiac too! It's hard isn't it? I was dxed in August of 2004.

My favorite Gluten-free Foods (seriously, you don't even feel deprived):
Tinkyada Pasta: This is the only past we will eat. All the rest tastes yucky.
    Pamela's Mixes
    Kinnickinnick Breads

If you go with those brands and products, you will never feel like you're missing out by having Celiac Disease.

We eat a lot of potatoes and rice: shepard's pie is a great dish, baked sweet potatoes, corn, baked potatoes, rice and lentils, brown rice casseroles.

I was diagnosed at the start of last year. At home it's okay - though going out can be a bit of a trial (I LOVE sushi!!). I eat a lot of potatoes and rice too. Shephards pie is a good idea - haven't made one in a long time. Might do that tonight...

BTW - I LOVE the photos of your darling little boy. Who's the photographer? They're fantastic.
