Default Peanut butter and banana smoothie

I have never had one before, but I just had an urge (preggers only in my dreams).

Thick chunky (no added sugar or salt) peanut butter I brought from the homeland, a sad looking banana, and some skim milk.

Delish! (And I dare say healthy!)
