    Default *waves hello*

    I was referred her by another friend at a fan-site forum so I am excited to see an active PCOS board and website. I wrote down all my details in my profile but I guess in an introduction I should re-tell them. I am 22 and have been diagnosed for 4 months now and my issues are with my weight and fatigue. The doctor has put me on Provera 10MG for the first 10 days of each month, every other month so I just finished that today. I go back to him next week and I'm going to ask about metaformin for weight gain. I'm engaged and getting married next April but we won't be having children for at least 2 years after we are married so as of right now fertlity is not an issue. I hope to be here frequently.

    Welcome to sc!

    I also found the site recently and the amount of support/advice/ideas are just amazing!!

    Most of us are having problems with weight (the fatigue could be insulin resistance - perhaps you should get your fasting insulin tested?) and there are loads of workout/weight threads on the Weight Control boards - every cyster there is trying to get fit/leaner and they are all v v nice!
    And congrats on your engagement!!!!

    Wow, in 12 month's time you'll be a missus. I'm also engaged (getting married in Dec this year) and the few of us engaged cycsters have started a thread, check it out http://www.soulcysters.net/showthread.php?t=163574, (currently we're chatting about songlists and cakes, yummy) we'd love to add you to our group!
