    Cool Honey & Cinnamon

Just read some interesting information... Honey & Cinnamon.
Apparently its really good for - Infertility
Take a pinch of cinnamon powder, mix with a 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Rub this on your gums frequenthly throughout the day, it will mix with saliva and be absorbed by the body. A family in USA tried to concieve for 14 years with no luck. She then read an article about cinnamon & honey, tried it and a few months later fell pregnant with twins!
It is also good for - Weight Loss
In the morning on an empty stomach (1/2 hour before breakfast), as well as at night just before bed, take a cup of boiling water and mix honey & cinnamon powder in it (not sure of the measurements). Apparently this reduces the fat in even very obese people. It does not allow the fat to build up in the body.
Check it out on the internet you will see how much else it helps with.
    Take care !! Carolyn

I had read about cinnamon helping with IR so I tried it for awhile - about a 1/2 tsp or so in my yogurt in the morning, or if I was in a hurry I just ate it. I had four cycles in a row, skipped one and got pg after 7 years of trying. I don't know if cinnamon was the only thing that helped or if there may have been other changes I made that I wasn't really thinking about at the time, but I am definately going to try this thing out for the weight loss! I don't think it can hurt anything either way. Thank you for that info.!

I'm trying this too - for weight loss and eventually for TTC. In fact, I had my first tablespoon this evening. It was yummy! My mom is also going to try it, so I'll come back and report on our progress in a few weeks. If you think about it, it does make sense - honey and cinnamon are natural "goodies" that are known to help different ailments.

    Best of luck to everyone!
