Thread: 100 Calorie Balance Energy Bars?

Default 100 Calorie Balance Energy Bars?

Has anyone tried those new 100 calorie Balance bars? They are, of course, low calorie and also low sugar, 5g fiber, 5g protein. They look to be the perfect energy bar. And, they are only 2 points on WW. Just wondering if they are any good.

I haven't tried them yet, but if you do let me know how they are! Also, how low is the sugar content?

3-5g sugar depending on which flavor. I haven't made it to the store yet but plan to this weekend so I will let you know.

I found some at Target. They weren't in boxes, just individually...they were on sale for 60 cents each. I couldn't find them at Wal-Mart.

I've tried them and i like them. I am on a 40-30-30 diet and they are especially for that, they are pretty good for snacks. I usually have a box here at work.
