    Arrow Recommended Vitamins?

Hello all! I'm just seeking some advice as to what vitamins I should take to help with my PCOS. I am currently taking a women's Multivitamin but am wondering if there is anything else that may help me? For insulin resistance or something to help cleanse my liver since I've had my gallbladder out and its doing all the work! And anything that may assist getting rid of or slowing the unwanted hair. I've never had problems with a regular period, but I'm on the pill to regulate that and help my acne and hair. Any great advice would be wonderful!

I suggest taking more than the usual amount of B-vitamins, especially B-6, because the BCP really stripps your body of B's. They are water soluable, so you will never od on them or anything, but if you don't have enough you will be tired, and B's help balance hormones.

Also take an Omega-3 supplement. Look for one with lemon juice added to help digest it (nothing worse than burping fish!). I always recommend Nature's Sunshine's Super Omega-3's because they have the lemon juice and I don't know another brand that does. http://www.mynsp.com/naherbs/product...?stockNum=1515

Another thing to look for is a strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Check out this one, called Thai-go (also Nature's Sunshine). It is EXCELLENT!! http://www.mynsp.com/naherbs/product...?StockNum=4095 It tastes good (kind of like grape juice or cranberry juice), and it also is cleansing, which would be good for your liver, and stimulates the immune system.

If you want to cleanse and support your liver, here is a good, gentle, safe product you could try: http://www.mynsp.com/naherbs/product...?stockNum=1010

    Good luck!

I managed to buy some Omega Flax Oil with Omega 3, 6 and 9 rather than the fish oil, some Milk Thistle to help my liver and some Mega B, is there any difference between that and complex B?

Thanks for all your help DollFin
